Response to COVID-19
A letter from Bob Lanphere Jr., President of Lanphere Auto Group
It is times like these that remind us of the importance of health and safety, and we hope you and your loved ones remain healthy.
Like many other organizations, Lanphere Auto Group continues to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely, as the health and well-being of our customers, our employees and our vendors are of utmost importance to us. Our service and repair facilities are open for your essential automotive needs. If you feel more comfortable doing business remotely, we will do our best to accommodate you.
We focused on our preparedness efforts to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for our guests and employees, and to sustain our business operations to provide essential transportation needs. We have undertaken additional measures in accordance with guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including:
- Repeated cleaning and sanitizing public and frequently touched areas.
- Very limited staff on duty to maintain proper social distancing in all departments.
- Remote 24 hour key drop for our customers needing repairs.
- Online payments.
- We can complete all transactions online.
We strongly urge you to look only to the experts for information on how this health event is affecting our community, and how it will be changing our landscape in the months to come. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov) is an excellent resource for accurate and timely advice and guidance. We encourage everyone to observe our Governor’s stay at home order. If you have an automotive emergency feel free to reach out to us.
Thank you,
Bob Lanphere Jr.
President
