Lanphere Construction and Development, “LCD” provides construction management and general contracting for commercial, industrial, medical & dental, residential, and Tenant improvement projects throughout the West Coast, as well as full scope earthwork, demolition, underground services, and electrical subcontracting.

The Lanphere Auto Group mentality of being involved with the local community is firmly ingrained in LCD. In 2011 LCD was awarded the Service to Beaverton Award by the City of Beaverton, and the Community Partner of the Year by the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce.

Many of our employees recently participated in a neighborhood clean-up project organized by the City of Beaverton’s Visioning Advisory Committee where we adopted a block and helped clean yards, rake leaves, and winterize homes in central Beaverton.
